Zealand gólfmotta

The Zealand rug, made from fine wool from New Zealand and entirely hand-woven, sports an aesthetic that enhances both the qualities of the weaving technique and the material used. The use of exquisite, thick, natural yarns brings to life a durable rug of significant technical quality, characterized by an elegant three-dimensional texture and a pronounced mélange effect. Distinguished by a 15 mm thick surface pile and a perimeter backing made of a jacquard ribbon in regenerated cotton, this piece blends tradition and modernity, adding a soft, contemporary touch of grand elegance. Rug composed of New Zealand felted wool (85% wool - 8% jute – 7% polyester), artisan hand-woven. The surface profile, composed of felt spheres in various dimensions, is approx. 15 mm thick. Perimeter backing made of regenerated cotton jacquard tape. Overall weight 3,2 kg/m². The rug can be made in custom sizes. Largest size possible: 800x500 cm. Available in White, Ash, Sage, Moka, Charcoal, Barolo, Olive, Tanganyika and Moss colours. Matching edge trim 2 cm, on the shorter sides.
